Our client, a significant player in the cosmetics industry, wants to secure the production of its subcontractors by improving collaborative planning.

Context
- A co-packing activity, representing €35M in expenditure across the entire value chain (production of POS/lots), Mass Market-oriented
- A team of 11 gliders, each managing 1 to 2 copacker
- A relatively low Supply Chain maturity subcontractors, some of which are very poorly computerized
- Strong seasonality of promotional operations creating muscular stress on flows, especially during two high points

The target processes have then been defined in collaboration with the client and its subcontractors in a test & learn logic.
Under less than three months, the target process and tools were designated. The routines were tested over an additional 3 months period.
